Requirements
Senior Accountant
- CPA license
- Four or more years in public accounting
- GAAP and GAAS proficiency
- Audit fieldwork for clients of varying sizes
- Financial statement preparation
- Individual and business tax return preparation
- Strong workpaper documentation and review skills
- Ability to coach staff and manage timelines
- Clear written and verbal communication
Co-op Program
- Currently pursuing an Accounting or related degree
- Introductory coursework in financial accounting and taxation
- Availability during semester or summer term
- Willingness to learn audit procedures and tax prep basics
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Team-oriented mindset and reliability
Nice To Have
- QuickBooks familiarity
- Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookups
- Client service or internship experience in a CPA environment
